The site has a frontage of 100ft. to Mount Street and a depth of 260 ft. from the Eastern boundary and the rear only 30 ft. This means that all flats will have a direct view of the river as well as an angled view across the city to the Darling Range.

There will be four flats to each floor, three with two bedrooms and the fourth with one bedroom. The main bedrooms will average 14ft. by 12ft. and the second bedroom 12ft. by 10ft. Each will have a bathroom with a separate shower recess and a separate lavatory.

The penthouses on the roof will each have a 30ft. square garden with soil up to 1ft. thick. The one at the front will have a study as well as two bedrooms.

The concrete framed building will have load-bearing walls. The concrete floors will be covered with parquetry in all rooms but the kitchen and bathroom where vinyl tiles will be used.
